10 FILIPINO NURSES TAKEN BY ARMED MEN FROM A HOSPITAL IN LIBYA

According to Father Allan Asebuche who is a Filipino priest in Tripoli, 10 Filipino nurses were taken by armed men five kilometers away from a hospital near the port area in Misrata.

Father Asebuche said that he is not sure why the nurses were taken.  He said that probably they will be used as human shields or they will used to treat wounded soldiers.
Father Asebuche also added that there are at least 50 more Filipinos trapped in Mistrata which includes 20 professors, 15 more Filipino nurses and 20 construction workers.
Let us all pray for the safety of everyone in Libya and let peace govern in their nation.
